Job summary

RELX Health is seeking a Vice President of Demand & Growth Marketing to unite enterprise B2B demand generation with direct-to-user B2C growth into a single, scalable strategy. You will shape the team, systems, and process to connect healthcare professionals, students, institutions, and health systems worldwide.

This role requires deep multi-motion experience, leadership of analytical teams, and a proven ability to drive fast growth through paid search, social, programmatic, and lifecycle

Qualifications

• 12+ years of growth or demand generation experience with 4+ years in a senior leadership role owning pipeline or revenue targets.
• Track record of building and scaling demand generation in a complex, multi-motion environment (B2B and B2C).
• Deep fluency in performance marketing channels — paid search, paid social, programmatic, lifecycle/CRM.
• Strong analytical instincts with ability to own metrics, diagnose pipeline issues, and adjust levers quickly.
• Direct experience with AI-powered marketing tools and personalization platforms.
• ProvenPeople leadership and ability to attract, develop and retain top marketing talent.
• Experience buying media in-house and outsourcing media buying to partners.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Braze/Marketo/HubSpot), and attribution/BI.
• Experience in health tech, edtech, or professional information markets with enterprise and direct revenue models.
• Familiarity with HCP/clinical marketing and regulatory/compliance considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated demand and growth function across B2B and B2C channels.
• Set targets, channel mix, and budgets for enterprise and direct funnels.
• Lead the paid media team and establish a shared channel infrastructure.
• Develop cross-motion attribution with Marketing Intelligence, Customer Experience & Events, and Finance.
• Present performance and optimization plans to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
• Build and scale a global demand organization with aligned media systems and processes.
