Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive communications leadership roles (in-house or agency).
• 5+ years leading global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience advising executives and managing enterprise communications.
• AI literacy and comfort using generative tools to accelerate messaging and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead global internal and external communications strategy aligned with business goals.
• Counsel C-suite and prepare executive materials and media/analyst prep.
• Oversee internal comms for major initiatives (product launches, org changes, M&A).
• Direct external programs: media relations, analyst relations, thought leadership.
• Lead crisis and issues communications with cross-functional partners.
• Build and manage a global communications team and partners; set budgets and KPIs.
• Measure impact using data and adjust strategy.
