Job summary

NBC Universal in Orlando is seeking a strategic Vice President to lead the global delivery, modernization, integration, and support of our core business applications, including HR, Finance, Facilities, and Asset Management systems.

The executive will build a high-performing, secure, and scalable delivery organization, partnering with HR, Finance, Cybersecurity, product leaders, and enterprise functions to drive standards, governance, and continuous improvement across global destinations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading the delivery of enterprise business applications.
• Demonstrated experience with HR, Workforce Management, Finance, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with core HR and Workforce Management systems and processes.
• Experience with core Finance systems and processes, incl. procure-to-pay and general ledger.
• Experience collaborating with business process owners, technology teams, and vendors to deliver outcomes.
• Knowledge of enterprise app architecture, security, reporting, and cloud/SaaS operations.
• Proven ability to lead governance, vendor management, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery for core business applications across HR, Finance, Facilities, and Asset Management systems.
• Define and execute an application delivery roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy and growth priorities.
• Own delivery outcomes for major programs, enhancements, integrations, and platform modernization.
• Establish delivery standards, governance, and transparency across global destinations and functions.
• Partner with product, EA, cybersecurity, and data teams to ensure secure, resilient solutions.
• Manage vendor, implementation partner, and managed service relationships with commercial discipline.
