Job summary

Temporal Technologies seeks a Vice President, Global Controller to build and lead accounting, tax, treasury, and procurement functions for a high-growth software company. You will own monthly closes, consolidations, and financial reporting while partnering with the CFO and executive team to scale systems and controls for international expansion.

Qualifications

• CPA required; Big 4 public accounting background strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership in high-growth SaaS or consumption-based software.
• Deep US GAAP expertise, including ASC 606 revenue recognition for consumption-based models.
• Proven ability to scale tax, treasury, and procurement functions internationally.
• Experience preparing an organization for an IPO is strongly preferred.
• Strong systems and ERP experience (NetSuite/Workday) and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of global accounting operations, close, consolidations, and financial reporting.
• Lead corporate tax strategy, compliance, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes.
• Build and manage treasury operations across currencies and entities.
• Own global procurement, vendor management, and spend controls.
• Design scalable accounting infrastructure and SOX-ready controls.
• Oversee annual financial statement audits and external relationships.
• Guide international expansion from a finance perspective and entity structuring.
