Gartner seeks a VP of Operations to optimize and scale the GCC organization as it grows globally. You will partner with the GVP and GCC Leadership Team to drive organizational effectiveness, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling GCC to achieve growth and deliver value to members.

You will influence senior stakeholders, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure execution across Gartner’s functions, including BTI, Destination Conferences, Global Marketing, Sales, and Strategy &

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 12-15+ years of progressive business experience
• Proven ability to drive strategies with quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Strong commercial business acumen and data analysis
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives

• Serve as trusted advisor to the GVP on priorities and growth opportunities
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve effectiveness and scalability
• Drive accountability for strategic priorities and alignment across GCC
• Build relationships with senior leaders across Gartner
• Foster a One Gartner approach across functions
• Lead high-impact strategic initiatives aligned with GCC priorities
• Apply rigorous problem solving and business insights for decisions
• Lead change management for new programs and operating models
• Provide executive-level visibility into progress and impact
