Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a VP of Operations to optimize, scale, and evolve the Gartner for C-Level Communities (GCC) organization as it grows globally.

This role reports to the GVP and partners with GCC Leadership to drive governance, planning, and cross-functional collaboration that deliver growth and member value. The role requires 12-15+ years of progressive business experience, a bachelors degree, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive strategies and solve problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational initiatives and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the GVP on priorities, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Identify operational gaps and opportunities to improve effectiveness, scalability, and resource utilization.
• Drive accountability for strategic priorities and alignment across GCC leadership.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders across Gartner and key functions.
• Lead change management and implementation efforts for new programs, processes, and operating models.
• Provide executive visibility into project progress, findings, and business impact.
