Bachelor's degree required.
6+ years in credit/counterparty risks, commodities, or derivatives.
Strong credit analysis and financial modeling skills.
Experience with ISDA/NAESB/EFET agreements.
Analytical, abstract thinking and 'what-if' scenario planning.
Proficient data analysis and presentation abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and work ethic.

Responsibilities

Lead credit risk due diligence on commodity transactions and counterparties, focusing on structured/physical commodities.
Perform industry, business, and financial analyses to assess creditworthiness and structure.
Negotiate credit terms in master trading agreements and commodity financing structures.
Support other credit officers with due diligence, structuring, and documentation.
Present periodic risk reviews to senior management with exposure metrics and key trends.
