Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years in credit/counterparty risks.
• Strong credit analysis and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience negotiating master trading agreements (ISDA/NAESB/EFET).
• Ability to analyze commodity and energy trading exposures and prepare memos.

Responsibilities

• Lead credit risk due diligence on commodity transactions and counterparties.
• Analyze risk exposures and present findings to senior management.
• Negotiate credit terms in master trading agreements and structured transactions.
• Support policy, product control, and regulatory relations initiatives.
• Develop junior talent and mentor team members.
• Maintain relationships with structuring, sales, trading, and origination teams.
• Coordinate with bank examiners and internal credit reviewers.
