Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Client Services Manager to join the Global Collateral team in New York or Lake Mary. You will resolve complex day-to-day issues for external clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure requests are executed efficiently.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years in Global Collateral Management, with experience using AccessEdge and Nexen systems. You will apply advanced problem-solving and strong communication to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 7–10 years of total work experience preferred in Global Collateral Management.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services using AccessEdge and Nexen.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex day-to-day issues for external clients in Global Collateral Management.
• Collaborate with team members across the division to address operational and technical requests.
• Apply advanced problem-solving, judgment, and information analysis.
• Use communication skills to deliver high-quality service to clients.
• Provide clients with key information about BNY products and services.
