Kyowa Kirin North America is seeking a Vice President, Business Development Transactions Lead to drive senior‑level deal making across global and multi‑regional opportunities. You will oversee licensing, acquisitions, and strategic alliances, coordinating with Strategy, S&E, AE, and CVC teams to maximize value and ensure rigorous due diligence.

The role requires a strong scientific background, proven leadership, and executive communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across regions

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech dealmaking.
• Strong leadership with global deal-making experience across asset licensing, M&A, alliances.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and manage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global or multi-regional BD transactions including licensing or acquisitions.
• Coordinate with S&E, GPSD, AE, and CVC to evolve investment theses and BD strategy.
• Prepare and present deal progress materials to senior committees and leadership.
