Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President on the Global Banking Intelligence & Growth Strategy team to own revenue-growth BI initiatives and partner with senior leaders to shape strategic priorities across M&A, capital markets, FX, and corporate banking.

You will lead analytical work, dashboards, and market views, integrating internal indicators with external data and leveraging AI/LLM tools to drive data-driven decisions and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with a leading management consulting firm, top-tier bank, or private equity firm with a focus on data-driven strategy and advanced analytics development.
• 1+ year of management experience leading analytical teams and strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise in revenue-driven analytics, market sizing, TAM and wallet modeling, and capital markets data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including hands-on experience with large datasets, financial statements, public filings, and AI/LLM tools for insight generation.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex analyses into clear, executive-level insights and actionable recommendations.
• Proven track record of partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders across banking and product organizations.

Responsibilities

• Identify actionable global banking opportunities by integrating internal indicators with external deal activity and sector dynamics.
• Develop market and product insights by analyzing payment flows, filings and external data for FX, capital markets opportunities.
• Create TAM, market sizing, wallet, and share-of-wallet models to guide banker focus.
• Monitor markets and sector developments to generate timely insights for client engagement.
• Design banker coverage models and territory strategies to optimize resources and revenue.
• Develop analytical workflows, dashboards, and assessments to support decision-making.
• Translate complex analyses into concise recommendations for executives.
• Partner with IB, Corporate Banking, Payments, and Markets to inform strategy and client engagement.
• Manage end-to-end initiatives with rigor and outcomes aligned to business objectives.
