• Understanding of a bank's balance sheet and P&L.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent oral & written communication and relationship management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead dialogue with senior business leadership and stakeholders to provide insights on business trends, financial performance, and industry strategy.
• Prepare presentation materials and financial analytics for senior management meetings, quarterly reviews, and budget discussions.
• Create, maintain, and review recurring and ad-hoc financial models and analyses.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on key issues impacting clients and the business, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.
• Develop, consolidate, and present qualitative and quantitative financial analysis for senior management and internal clients.
• Support and participate in ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed.
• Partner with Business Management and Analytics teams to develop insightful reporting and drive actionable dialogue.
• Drive process simplification, automation, and enhancement of analytics and business support.
• Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
