Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Chicago seeks a Business Analytics Vice President to join a high-visibility data analytics team supporting Global Services for Commercial & Investment Bank. You will define metrics, prepare executive presentations, and partner with senior leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

You will manage a complex analytics portfolio, build dashboards, and guide initiatives on operational efficiency, cost modeling, capacity planning, and quality improvements across global operations.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Research or Management Consulting.
• Advanced quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge and experience with analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership ability.
• Experience using data to solve complex business problems with SQL, Python, R.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, monitor, and report key management metrics for a global operations program.
• Manage a complex analytics book of work with rigorous project management.
• Partner with senior leaders to advance their analytics agenda for operational efficiency and cost modeling.
• Define, design, and manage high-priority strategic initiatives with senior visibility.
• Develop understanding of technical systems to extract data-driven insights and identify engineering opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology, application owners and data teams to align roadmaps for continual improvement.
• Explore datasets to uncover trends and relationships; build interactive visualizations for stakeholder exploration.
