Job summary

Publicis Groupe's PMX Performance Center seeks a Vice President of Performance Content to lead GEO, AI Search and content strategy initiatives across Publicis agencies. The role focuses on shaping the practice vision, translating market shifts into scalable client solutions and guiding revenue growth and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in related field.
• 10+ years in digital marketing, organic search, content strategy, digital media or related field with significant client/agency experience.
• 6-7 years of SEO experience and advanced content SEO.
• Proven leadership at VP/Group Director level with accountability for growth and client relationships.
• Deep expertise in SEO and organic discovery and experience translating that to GEO/AI Search or other solutions.
• Experience creating, piloting and scaling new service offerings.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, reporting and deliverable conversations with executive-level clients/agency leadership.
• Provide senior oversight for priority engagements ensuring high-quality delivery and measurement.
• Design integrated approaches spanning performance media, content, analytics and related fields to support discovery behaviors.
• Drive cross-agency collaboration and establish frameworks/methodologies for the practice.
• Mentor and develop teams, fostering a culture of partnership and accountability.
