Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Vice President of Performance Content to lead GEO, AI Search and organic discovery initiatives. You will shape the practice, translate market shifts into scalable client solutions, and drive revenue growth while guiding a global team of experts.

You will partner with Publicis agencies and clients to deliver scalable discovery strategies, measure outcomes, and evolve with changing platforms and data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, advertising, communications, analytics or related field.
• 10+ years in digital marketing, organic search, content strategy with client/agency experience.
• 6-7 years of SEO experience with performance-goaled strategies; advanced Content SEO.
• Experience at VP/Group Director or senior leadership level for growth and client relationships.
• Deep expertise in SEO and organic discovery across GEO, AI Search.
• Experience using SEO, analytics, crawling, research and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advance GEO and AI Search practice, aligning with SEO and content.
• Serve as senior leader across Publicis agencies, building relationships and guiding client leadership.
• Maintain market awareness of GEO, AI Search, SEO and content trends for agency and client impact.
• Identify and operationalize new capabilities addressing evolving client needs in search and discovery.
• Establish reporting/measurement linking discovery to business outcomes.
• Drive adoption of Performance Content solutions through advocacy, education and cross‑agency enablement.
• Lead client/agency executive conversations on strategy, delivery and outcomes.
• Collaborate with agency teams to design integrated approaches across performance media, content and analytics.
