Job summary
Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead a genomics-focused biotech product portfolio and related life sciences solutions. You will define and execute global product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management, translating scientific innovation into differentiated offerings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in life sciences, biotech, engineering, or related; MBA/PhD/MD preferred.
- 15–20 years in product/portfolio management or related leadership in biotech, diagnostics, or genomics.
- 10+ years leading teams; experience with product lifecycle, commercialization, market segmentation, and customer workflows.
- Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
- Translate scientific innovation and market needs into differentiated products.
- Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, and regional teams to align product development and launch plans.
- Drive portfolio growth, profitability, and market share.
- Lead and develop a high-performing product management organization.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Manage product performance metrics.
