Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Manager – Sales Applied AI & Insights, Vice President, within Digital Sales to drive innovative products using GenAI and data-driven insights. You will voice sales needs, shape product features, and ensure adoption across QR, Data Science, and Technology teams.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end product development, engage stakeholders, and collaborate with the Chief Data Office to ensure data quality and availability for high-impact sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management or a relevant domain.
• Strong understanding of Financial Services and its Lines of Business.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle, design and data analytics.
• Experience leveraging data assets to generate insights.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap.
• Create user journeys and end-to-end requirements.
• Coordinate with Controls, QR, Data Science and Tech teams.
• Track adoption targets and maintain user engagement.
• Translate emerging GenAI capabilities into practical features.
• Partner with the Chief Data Office on data availability and quality.
