Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the software industry, with a strong emphasis on building enterprise software.
• 6+ years of experience in developing and implementing scalable Python-based platforms for AI-driven applications using Python libraries (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex Python-based solutions and services into production.
• Proven understanding of Generative AI systems and AI/ML workflows.
• Experience with cloud architectures and public cloud offerings.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of Python-based GenAI platforms and services.
• Engage with data science, technical, and business stakeholders to define architecture for key use-cases.
• Drive deployment of new GenAI products and improvements with partners for commercial benefit.
• Resolve high-impact technical and business problems with Python-driven solutions.
• Provide expert Python guidance and enforce coding standards across enterprise solutions.
• Manage multiple initiatives and coordinate with vendors and startups in Python GenAI projects.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts in Python and GenAI technologies.
• Collaborate with Risk and Control teams to follow governance and tooling best practices.
