JC Davis Ventures, LLC dba JC Davis Power is seeking a VP of Fuel & Logistics to own end-to-end fuel supply, procurement, storage, and delivery for nationwide projects. You will build and optimize supplier networks, negotiate favorable terms, and lead the logistics team to reliably move equipment between jobsites.

The role emphasizes cost efficiency, compliance with fuel and environmental regulations, and scalable processes to support rapid growth in a national market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fuel distribution or large-scale fuel procurement, with leadership experience.
• Direct experience owning outcomes in fuel and freight procurement and logistics.
• Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and cost-per-gallon economics.

Responsibilities

• Own the fuel strategy: sourcing, storage, and delivery across markets.
• Negotiate supply agreements and manage supplier relationships with cost discipline.
• Lead logistics operations including carrier network and on‑time performance.
• Develop SOPs and staffing to support fast growth and robust reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, tax exemptions, and safety standards.
