Job summary

JC Davis Power in Austin, TX seeks a Fuel Coordinator to manage fuel availability across the fleet. You will forecast consumption, build schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining fuel integrity and vendor relationships.

You will coordinate with Operations, Sales, Project Management, and shop teams, handle after-hours emergencies, and stay compliant with safety standards. Hybrid work with on-site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in dispatch, logistics coordination, fuel distribution, or field service scheduling.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfortable with data analysis.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to hold vendors to commitments.
• Ability to work under pressure, reprioritize quickly, and meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace for hybrid work.
• Valid driver's license and occasional travel to shops and meetings.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain rolling fuel delivery schedules across active job sites.
• Monitor real-time fuel levels and forecast consumption based on generator size and load.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Project Management to anticipate demand.
• Set per-site thresholds, delivery cadence, and vendor accountability.
• Lead after-hours fuel coordination during emergencies and outages.
• Document handoffs and ensure smooth coverage among coordinators.
