Qualifications

• 12 or more years of experience in banking, risk and compliance, mortgage operations, or mortgage originations.
• Proven experience in risk management within banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the compliance and risk strategy.
• Design and maintain the risk management framework.
• Conduct and oversee risk assessments.
• Monitor and manage risk and compliance initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison to Legal and Compliance.
• Lead issue management processes.
• Collaborate with governance functions.
• Support regulatory examinations and audits.
• Develop and deliver regular risk reporting.
• Oversee the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Program.
• Promote a risk-aware culture.
