J.Crew Group in New York seeks a Manager FP&A – Corporate Finance to lead financial planning and analysis for the organization. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will drive the monthly forecast, budgeting, and strategic insights fueling growth and profitability.

You will build financial models and dashboards for executives, collaborate with Strategy on Board materials, and guide senior leadership with data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Experience leading analysts and building a high-performance team.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly forecast process for group-level results and KPI insights.
• Oversee annual budgeting and long-range planning with consolidations and analyses.
• Develop reports and dashboards for executive leaders with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Strategy team on Board materials and KPI updates.
• Manage quarterly earnings prep and Q&A guides for leadership and investors.
• Create financial models to support strategic initiatives and potential transactions.
