Job summary

Unity Technologies in New York is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Vice President, Head of FP&A to drive financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning in support of Unity's rapid growth.

You will lead the FP&A team, collaborate with product, marketing and operations, prepare reports for the executive leadership and board, and deliver insights that improve profitability. Location: Union Square, with up to 25% travel; relocation support is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
10+ years in finance with 5+ years in a leadership role in tech/software/gaming.
Experience with AI-first automation and BI tools for FP&A.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategies to support corporate objectives and growth.
Collaborate with executive leadership to provide insights for decisions.
Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Lead FP&A team and foster high-performance culture.
Partner with product, marketing, and operations to assess financial impacts.
Provide modeling and analyses for new projects and investments.
Prepare and present reports to leadership and the board.
