Based in NYC, you will interact with executive leadership to steer budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning while overseeing FP&A teams and cross-functional partnerships.

The role requires a strong finance background, leadership excellence, and proficiency with BI tools to automate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in finance with leadership in tech, software, or gaming.
• AI-first automation mindset with Looker and Office Connect to automate FP&A processes.
• Proficiency in financial software; Looker, Adaptive Insights, Workday are a plus.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and budgeting capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support corporate objectives and growth.
• Collaborate with executives to provide insights for business decisions.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends to improve profitability.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team and foster high performance.
• Partner with product, marketing, and operations to assess financial impacts.
• Provide financial modeling to support new projects and investments.
• Prepare and present reports to executive leadership and the board.
