Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Chief Clinical Officer, service line leaders and OPG leadership.
• Lead clinical enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with operations and clinical leaders.
• Develop and monitor KPIs that integrate financial, operational, and quality outcomes.
• Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews with a forward‑looking, improvement‑oriented approach.
• Translate data into practical actions to support frontline leaders and business cases for new programs and capital investments.
