Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive healthcare finance and accounting experience.
• 5+ years in a CFO, VP Finance, or other senior executive leadership role.
• Strong background in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management.
• Experience partnering with executive teams, boards, and physician leadership groups.
• Knowledge of value-based care, healthcare reimbursement, and physician practice operations preferred.
• MBA and/or advanced finance credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, FP&A, revenue cycle, and patient accounting functions.
• Partner with executive leadership and physician stakeholders on strategic financial decisions.
• Drive financial planning, capital investment analysis, and organizational growth initiatives.
• Support value-based care partnerships, joint ventures, and alternative revenue opportunities.
• Oversee financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement improvement strategies.
• Provide leadership and development for finance, revenue cycle, and related operational teams.
