Job summary

Covenant House International seeks a Vice President, Foundation Relations to lead high-impact institutional fundraising and expand our foundation portfolio. The role will develop strategies, cultivate partnerships, and secure seven- and eight-figure grants to support youth programs across the Americas.

It requires exceptional donor management, proposal development, and the ability to travel nationally up to 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies for seven- to eight-figure commitments.
• Identify new foundation partnerships aligned with Covenant House's mission.
• Grow existing foundation funders with expanded grants and multi-year commitments.
• Lead foundation solicitations and funding discussions for major initiatives.
• Collaborate with program, finance, research, and affiliate leaders for competitive proposals.
• Coordinate site visits and executive engagements with funders.
