Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior CRE Finance Banker in New York to originate, structure, underwrite, and execute complex real estate financing for institutional clients.

You will work with senior bankers, product partners, investors, and sponsors to deliver innovative financing across CMBS, mortgage loans, mezzanine debt, and other structured products. The role emphasizes client relationships and growth of Citi's CRE platform.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in CRE finance or banking.
• MBA or finance-related degree preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling and CRE valuation skills.
• Experience with large sponsor funds, corporate clients, capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, and close a broad range of CRE financing products.
• Lead transaction execution with risk assessment and due diligence.
• Mentor analysts and associates in underwriting and deal execution.
• Prepare and review pitch books, term sheets, and offering materials.
• Ensure compliance with Citi policies and regulatory requirements.
