Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a VP, Product Management to lead the Fixed Income Capital Markets product organization. You will drive revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction across the full product lifecycle, from market insight to go-to-market, working across a matrix of sales, implementation, development, and marketing teams.

The role requires strong business and technical acumen, with experience in capital markets, tokenization, digital assets, and AI-enabled

Qualifications

Significant product management leadership experience within capital markets.
Strong knowledge of fixed income markets and post-trade client workflows.
Experience growing revenue, improving profitability, and delivering strong client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and roadmap execution for Fixed Income Capital Markets solutions, aligning with client needs and market opportunities.
Build industry connections and gather market insights to inform product design and differentiation.
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: concept development, requirements, release planning, and launch.
Collaborate across a matrix organization with sales, implementation, development, marketing, finance, QA, and technology teams.
