Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President for Business Resiliency within the Firmwide Resiliency Office in Columbus, OH.

You will lead the Firmwide Resiliency Concerns Framework, ensuring a scalable approach to identifying and addressing resiliency concerns across the firm. You will partner with Lines of Business, Corporate Functions, and Controls Management to strengthen risk articulation and deliver executive-ready insights for decision-making, enabling enterprise-wide resilience

Qualifications

7+ years experience in resiliency, risk management, governance, controls, and/or a related control function.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to drive results and prioritize across multiple workstreams.
Ability to structure ambiguity into clear options and actions.

Responsibilities

Lead the Firmwide Resiliency Concerns Framework: drive development, governance, and end-to-end execution.
Strengthen resiliency risk articulation with Controls Management and ensure clarity of resiliency risks.
Deliver executive-ready materials and insights for leadership, including firmwide analysis and trends.
Partner across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions to identify, review, and progress resiliency concerns.
Support cross-FRO and enterprise resiliency priorities and stakeholder engagement.
