Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President to lead in its Resiliency Testing Utility. You will manage a portfolio of resiliency testing engagements, facilitate tabletop exercises, and partner with stakeholders to define objectives and success criteria.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and facilitating exercises, simulations, workshops, or strategic events.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of resiliency testing engagements across business services and strategic initiatives.
• Lead planning, coordination, and facilitation of tabletop exercises and simulation activities.
• Partner with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, participants, and success criteria.
• Develop realistic testing scenarios and facilitation materials.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on resiliency testing methodologies.
• Document key observations, decisions, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate post-exercise reporting and remediation tracking activities.
• Monitor testing schedules, milestones, and deliverables across assigned engagements.
• Identify recurring themes and emerging risks across testing activities.
• Build strong partnerships with resiliency, operations, technology, risk, and business teams.
• Support continuous enhancement of testing frameworks, templates, and processes.
