Must have Private Equity experience

Our client is a leader in their industry. They are seeking a VP of Financial Planning & Analysis to drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate FP&A, financial modeling, and forecasting.
• Develop strategic analyses, long-range planning, and investment evaluations.
• Drive finance transformation, process improvements, and automation.
• Partner with executive leadership to optimize financial decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years in corporate finance/strategic planning (private equity or public company experience preferred).
• MBA in Finance or Accounting.
• MUST be out of a Global environment with over $500,000,000 in assets.
• Experience in the hospitality, business services, or entertainment industries.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software skills (Power BI, Hyperion, etc.).
• Experience in capital-intensive industries (hospitality, business services, etc.).

While this is a remote role, you must be close enough to King of Prussia or NYC to go into the office from time to time for meetings.
