Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• At least ten years of financial leadership experience in fast-paced organizations.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Experience in nonprofit sectors or 501(c)(3)/(c)(6) structures preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight of all financial operations.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax return filings and internal controls.
• Lead and develop the accounting team with strong performance management.
• Collaborate with executives on contracts, grants and funding activities.
• Improve processes through automation and technology enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance at state and federal levels and external audits.
