UPS seeks a Vice President, Finance Technology to lead the modernization of technology, systems, and data that underpin financial decisions across a global logistics enterprise.

You will shape the global Finance Technology strategy, lead an organization of 100+ professionals, and oversee investments exceeding $100 million, driving simplified, faster, and more connected finance operations.

Formación

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance Technology or large-scale transformation.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide technology transformation.
• Deep experience with ERP and financial systems, data, analytics, and automation.
• Accountable for significant technology investments, transformation delivery, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to connect tech decisions to enterprise value.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and influencing senior executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, Business, CS, Engineering; MBA/CPA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute a multiyear Finance Technology roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Lead modernization across ERP, FP&A, reporting, data, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Prioritize investments, manage delivery risks, and show measurable returns.
• Strengthen data integrity, cybersecurity, financial controls, and compliance.
• Influence senior Finance, Technology, and business leaders to drive adoption.
• Lead and develop a global Finance Technology organization.
