Amentum is seeking a strategic Vice President of Finance Excellence and Transformation to lead a technology-centric enterprise-wide finance transformation. This role will unify finance across recent acquisitions and create a scalable future-state operating model that supports long-term profitable growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop transformation vision aligned with corporate strategy.
• Engage stakeholders and secure buy-in from leaders.
• Lead change management with cross-functional leaders.
• Assess current-state processes, systems, and M&A impacts.
• Drive end-to-end enterprise-wide finance transformation.
• Oversee project governance, scope, and milestones.
• Advance automation, data governance, and reporting.
• Define KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
