Job summary

Husqvarna Forest & Garden North America is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy and performance for the North American business unit. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic partnerships with the BU President and senior leadership.

You will oversee a large finance organization, ensure compliance, and drive transformation initiatives to sustain growth and profitability. The role requires extensive multinational finance experience and exceptional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NA financial reporting and follow-up for Husqvarna Forest & Garden North America.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting for the region with insightful analysis for senior management.
• Serve as strategic partner to the BU President and finance/business leaders.
• Consolidate financial and operating metrics across the NA BU; identify risks, opportunities and actions.
• Partner with leadership to execute business transformation and drive profitable growth.
• Drive standardization and improvements in financial planning and reporting across finance and operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls; manage risk exposure.
• Lead a team of 4+ direct reports and ~50 finance professionals.
• Develop talent, promote diversity, retention and recruitment to build world-class finance organization.
