Job summary

Husqvarna Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a veteran Vice President Finance for the Forest & Garden North America unit. You will steer financial strategy, lead budgeting/forecasting, and partner with the BU President to drive profitable growth.

Your team of 4+ directs and ~50 finance professionals supports planning, reporting, and risk management across the region. You will ensure compliance, drive process improvements, and collaborate with senior leaders to sustain market leadership and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in a complex, multinational setting.
• Experience across FP&A, accounting, controllership, operations and strategic finance.

Responsibilities

• Own NA financial reporting and follow‑up for the Forest & Garden unit.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes with insightful analysis.
• Serve as strategic partner to BU President and senior finance leaders.
• Consolidate metrics across NA, identify risks/opportunities and actions.
• Drive transformation, standardization and improvements in FP&A and reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls.
• Lead 4+ direct reports and an extended team of ~50 finance professionals.
