Job summary

Mastercard in New York City is seeking a Director of Strategic Business Development for Digital Assets to lead global efforts in crypto and blockchain partnerships. You will identify opportunities, structure deals, and drive go-to-market execution alongside senior leaders.

You will build relationships with exchanges, wallets, layer-1 networks, and other key players to expand Mastercard’s footprint in the digital asset ecosystem, while mentoring new BD and AM team members.

• Onboard and train new BD and AM team members.
• Deliver revenue and product targets driven by digital assets.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and regional teams to shape the digital economy.
