• Lead annual and multi-year financial planning and forecasting.
• Develop board materials, investor briefings, and strategic decks.
• Provide scenario analyses and strategic financial insights for execs.
• Drive M&A evaluation, structuring, and integration initiatives.
• Partner with CFO to scale finance functions and processes.
