Job summary

Appdome, Inc. seeks a Senior Director / VP of Finance to partner with the CFO and executive team to drive financial strategy, planning, and scalable growth in San Francisco.

You will lead FP&A, budgeting, and reporting for a global SaaS business, optimize the close, and build robust controls and tax processes. The role requires 10+ years of finance experience with 5+ years in senior leadership, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS or security software.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior finance leadership.
• Experience scaling B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or infrastructure software companies.
• Strong FP&A, financial modeling, SaaS metrics, and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and subscription revenue models.
• Experience implementing ERP and FP&A platforms.
• Global finance operations, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust FP&A model and planning processes, including forecasting of revenues, expenses, cash flow, and headcount.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-range planning, and scenario modeling.
• Build scalable finance infrastructure, systems, controls, and reporting for a global, multi-entity SaaS business.
• Oversee the accounting close process and optimize close timelines, staffing, controls, and reporting quality.
• Develop and maintain a robust global tax compliance process.
• Partner with leaders to provide pricing, GTM investments, product strategy, and operational insights.
• Support Board reporting, investor communications, financing initiatives, and strategic transactions.
• Establish KPI dashboards covering key metrics.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a world-class finance organization.
