Serve as the lead finance partner for assigned business units.
Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Manage P&L analysis, trends, and performance insights.
Partner with product, revenue, and operational leaders on business strategy.
Present recommendations and financial results to leadership.
Build financial models for new products, pricing, and growth initiatives.
Evaluate investments and resource allocation decisions.
Support strategic planning and long-range forecasting.
Analyze and improve key SaaS KPIs
Partner with commercial teams on pricing and profitability initiatives.
Perform customer, cohort, retention, and profitability analysis.
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews.
Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
Enhance financial systems, reporting, and planning processes.
Maintain forecasting and long-range planning models.
Prepare executive, board, and investor presentations.
8+ years of FP&A experience, including SaaS or technology environments.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI analysis skills.
Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, or similar ERP/EPM systems.
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven success improving processes and scaling finance operations.
