ADP, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Finance in Philadelphia, PA to lead the Finance function, drive financial health, and support growth.

The role requires directing FP&A, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, internal controls, and governance while partnering with the CEO and CBO on strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of progressive finance leadership, strong GAAP knowledge, financial modeling skills, and proven cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience in FP&A, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, internal controls, audit, and tax.
• Experience developing financial models translating plans into forecasts and cash needs.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and scalable finance processes.
• Proven ability to lead finance staff and advise senior executives.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and integrity.

Responsabilités

• Lead all Finance staff and oversee accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, close, tax, audit).
• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and board materials.
• Develop robust financial controls, policies, approvals, and related-party controls.
• Provide strategic financial partnership to CEO and CBO; modeling and analyses.
• Support business development, licensing, and collaborations with financial due diligence.
• Partner with COO to align resources, monitor spending, and manage risks.
• Oversee treasury: cash forecasting, liquidity, banking, investments, controls.
• Develop scalable finance systems, reporting tools, and data standards.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and valuation providers.
