Qualifications

• 20+ years in progressive Finance leadership roles.
• Expertise in large-scale transformational finance projects.
• In-depth knowledge of planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Ability to influence senior executives and Business Unit CFOs.
• Experience supporting high-level decision-making for CFOs and Executive Leadership Teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Finance business capability roadmap.
• Collaborate with technology teams on core Finance platform implementations.
• Create communication and change management plans for technology adoption.
• Oversee financial data governance and quality management.
• Establish standard processes for enterprise forecasting and planning.

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Finance Optimization - Enterprise to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will drive enterprise-wide finance transformation with a strong focus on improving planning, forecasting, reporting, and data governance across the organization. The role will partner closely with senior finance leaders, Executive Leadership, and technology teams to advance core finance platforms and business capabilities. The VP will also lead change management, operating discipline, and team development to strengthen finance execution and support better decision-making. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $300,000 – $400,000 annually
