Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a VP Finance to join the executive leadership team in a highly visible role. The position blends strategic finance leadership with hands-on oversight of accounting, FP&A, treasury, and operational finance in a hybrid work setting.

The ideal candidate will bring progressive leadership within financial services, strong internal controls, and a track record of driving efficiency and growth through technology enhancements and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred for VP Finance.
• Progressive leadership across finance, accounting, and operations within a financial services organization.
• Experience leading technology implementations, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, FP&A, treasury, and operational finance functions.
• Guide budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and enterprise-wide performance management.
• Partner with CFO and exec leadership to provide actionable financial insights and support growth objectives.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, and investment administration.
• Champion technology implementations, process improvements, and internal controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities for the VP Finance:
