Our client in the healthcare space seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with leadership to build forecasts, assess results, and translate financial data into actionable recommendations. The role also supports capital-raising and M&A activity in a dynamic environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $109,932 – $164,899 annually.

Qualifications

• 5 years of FP&A or relevant experience.
• Health plan experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting.
• MS Excel proficiency from intermediate to advanced.
• Strong communication skills with executive maturity.
