Job summary

Legacy Healthcare is seeking a Vice President, Finance to lead day-to-day analytical and planning activities, serving as a trusted resource for the CFO in interpreting financial results and guiding facility financial performance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of finance or accounting experience, including at least two years supporting a long-term care organization, with strong quantitative skills and budgeting expertise.

Qualifications

• Ten years of full-time experience in finance or accounting with budgeting, reporting and leadership of small teams.
• Undergraduate degree (BA/BS) in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or related subjects.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills including financial modeling.
• Knowledge of data mining tools and techniques used to generate business insight.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and produce daily, monthly, quarterly and annual internal reporting and supporting data sets.
• Perform ad hoc analyses at the request of management and facilities.
• Drive the annual budget process.
• Develop new analytic datasets (KPIs, benchmarks, etc.).
• Lead the development and adoption of new analytical and automation tools.
• Liaise with external third-party software vendors.
• Aid in the development and production of proposals and presentations.
• Participate in broader financial operations improvement efforts.
