Legacy Healthcare LLC in Skokie, IL, is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead day-to-day analytics and planning, guiding staff in managing facility financial performance. Ten years of relevant experience and at least two in long-term care preferred.

This is a full-time, onsite role at our corporate office in Skokie, IL. The VP Finance will interpret financial results for the CFO, develop new analytical datasets, drive the budget, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to improve

Qualifications

• Ten years of full-time work experience in finance or accounting with budgeting and reporting responsibilities, plus leadership of small teams.
• Undergraduate BA/BS with coursework in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics or related subjects.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including financial modeling and analysis.
• Knowledge of data mining tools and techniques to generate business insight.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and produce daily, monthly, quarterly and annual internal reporting and supporting data sets.
• Perform ad hoc analyses at management and facilities requests.
• Drive the annual budget process.
• Develop new analytic datasets (KPIs, benchmarks, etc.) where appropriate.
• Lead development and adoption of new analytical and automation tools.
• Act as liaison to external third-party software vendors.
• Aid in the development and production of proposals and presentations.
• Participate in broader financial operations improvement efforts.
