Responsibilities of this role

  • Lead with confidence, making strategic business decisions, driving company culture, holding teams accountable, and delivering results.
  • Oversee all supervisory aspects of the Finance Department, including performance management, compensation analysis, recruitment, disciplinary actions, and professional development.
  • Establish and manage finance department processes and standards, ensuring efficient operational accounting and billing.
  • Serve as the financial leader, providing direct support within a matrix environment to Regional President/CFO
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of Monthly Operating Reports (MOR) and Scorecards for leadership reviews.
  • Oversee proper revenue recognition in compliance with US GAAP.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, focusing on revenue and gross margin projections.
  • Manage all finance responsibilities, including reviewing Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), overseeing capital spending budgets, and guiding complex billing situations.
  • Provide timely reports on actual and projected financials for projects of varying contract types, sizes, and scopes.
  • Identify financial issues within the business and implement improvements to enhance overall financial performance.
  • Review financial results with senior leadership, providing insights on trends, ratios, and overall financial stability, liquidity, and growth
