Job summary

Numotion, North America’s largest provider of mobility products and services, is seeking a Vice President of Field Service to lead the Northeast Zone. You will direct service strategy, drive customer satisfaction, and oversee a multi-location operation aligned with growth and profitability goals.

This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, travel about 40%, and the ability to implement best practices in service and repair while maintaining compliance with company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with significant operational responsibility.
• Seven years of operational management experience.
• Five years in healthcare with multi-location operations, team management, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the service team, setting goals and standards for customer service, quality, productivity and timelines.
• Own vision and strategy, allocate resources and drive profitable service growth in the territory.
• Analyze costs and forecast data to track progress and adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Ensure adherence to policies while coordinating all branch activities toward long-range goals.
• Lead best practices for service and repair across the territory and stay current on industry trends.
