Job summary

Aptive Environmental, Grand Rapids, MI area, is seeking an Operations Manager to drive service-center performance and employee retention. You will balance staffing, productivity, and EBITDA while delivering safe, high-quality pest-control services.

Requires 3+ years in management or a related bachelor's degree, plus a valid US driver’s license and a clean record. Offers competitive salary, benefits, a company vehicle, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years of management experience or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
US driver's license valid at least 3 years and clean driving record.
Drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires.

Responsibilities

Responsible for customer retention and service center EBITDA.
Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiency.
Manage inventory and fleet within the service center.
Direct all hiring activities for service center staffing and coordinate with recruiting lead.
Payroll for Service Professionals and Supervisors.
Set a clear vision and expectations for the work group.
Drive high operational efficiency and labor management.
Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement to deliver quality services.
